03 What do I need to bring?
Bring a bathing suit and a water vessel with no glass. Koti provides up to two towels per visit, body wash, and lockers.
04 Is Koti a members-only club?
No. Koti welcomes a la carte bookings and walk-in appointments. Memberships offer additional access and value for regular guests.
05 Can I pop in without an appointment?
Yes, walk-ins are welcome when space is available. Koti recommends reserving through the website so the session you want is available.
06 Do you have locker rooms and showers available?
Private rooms include a private shower and a place for belongings. Group spaces have showers that act as changing rooms, cubbies, and a lounge.
07 Can I book a group session?
Yes. Private contrast rooms hold two, three, or four people depending on the room. Casa Koti Condesa can host larger private groups. Contact Koti on WhatsApp to arrange the space.
08 How often can I come to Koti?
Every guest is different. For an average healthy person building a general wellness routine, Koti typically recommends one or two visits per week.
09 What if I arrive late to my appointment?
Koti will try to accommodate late arrivals when the schedule allows, but a full session is not guaranteed. Appointments more than 15 minutes late are cancelled without a refund.
10 Can I bring my dog or pet?
Supervised pets are allowed for private-room experiences and must stay off the furniture. Pets are not allowed in group activities.
